Tkapk Terms and Conditions – Please read before use

Welcome to tkapk's Terms and Conditions. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and tkapk. By using the tkapk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" refers to tkapk's website (tkapk.ws) and mobile application.
• "User" refers to any individual registered on tkapk.
• "Account" refers to each user's individual gaming profile.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to funds provided as a promotional offer that require certain conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times you must wager a bonus before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

To open an account with tkapk, you must meet the following requirements. Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination at any time and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Minimum age at registration 18 years must be.
• Each individual may only one account can open.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address when registering.
• Mobile number verification (OTP) is required to activate your account.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A copy of your national ID or passport must be submitted for KYC verification.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.

Tkapk may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

Deposits and withdrawals on tkapk are fully transparent and secure. Transactions can be made easily through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may require additional verification.
• Every withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours.

Tkapk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. Please read the terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: New users will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirements are typically 20x–30x.
• Daily Cashback: A cashback percentage is applied to net daily losses.
• Reload Bonus: Special reload bonuses are available on regular deposits.
• Festival Bonus: Special promotions are offered during Eid, Puja, and Bangla New Year.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Each bonus offer can only be used once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being issued. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.
• Tkapk reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, tkapk's decision shall be considered final.

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on tkapk. Ensuring fair and responsible gaming across all products is our top priority.

Sports Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Tkapk reserves the right to void bets in the event of match-fixing or irregular results.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
• The maximum and minimum stake limits for each bet will be shown on the offers page.

Casino Games:

• All games are powered by internationally certified RNG systems.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is published transparently.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, tkapk may cancel the round in question and issue a refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkapk. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Systematically exploiting the bonus system (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Fraud, hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any other programs.
• Harassing or engaging in inappropriate behavior toward other users.
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome or deliberately attempting to influence the result.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third-party payment account.

Tkapk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If KYC documents are not submitted or verification is unsuccessful.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in a permanently closed account will be refunded to the user. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 or 5% of the total balance, whichever is lower. The balance will never fall below zero.

Tkapk believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a financial solution. We actively promote responsible gaming and are committed to supporting players who may be experiencing difficulties.

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set your own limits to keep your spending in check.
• Session Timer: Use the auto-logout option to automatically sign out after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

Tkapk is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their password or login credentials with a third party.
• Technical error on the part of a third-party game provider.
• Unforeseen technical issues beyond tkapk's control.

However, if a user suffers a loss due to a technical error, tkapk will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate compensation or a refund.

Tkapk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The following process will be followed for any changes:

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Notices will be sent via both email and platform banners.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not accept the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
